We can provide an indication of building costs at concept stage through to a detailed cost plan prior to obtaining funds or tendering a project. We can also compare costs for value engineered design options.
FULL SPECTRUM OF SERVICES FOR BUILDING PROJECTS
We are part of a local network of construction consultants and can provide a one stop shop for your project needs including Project Management, Design, Building Surveys and Party Wall services.
COMMERCIAL & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We can provide full project and / or commercial management to completion, including tendering, negotiation, issue of contracts, procurement, contract and change management, and trade management.
FREELANCE QUANTITY SURVEYING
We can assist with your projects on site, remotely or from your offices offering freelance QS services when you have a staffing shortfall. We cater for PQS firms, Contractors, Trade Contractors and Developers.
MONITORING SURVEYING AND RISK MANAGEMENT
We can act as your Independent Monitoring Surveyor if required by your funder or liaise with your Monitoring Surveyor on your behalf. We Also offer guidance on the risk management of your projects.
