Monitoring Surveying and Risk Management

 

We can act as your Independent Monitoring Surveyor if required by your funder. This includes an initial assessment of project viability to assist with you obtaining funding and is followed by frequent site visits reporting on progress and keeping track of any potential risks to the project.

 

Alternatively, where a Monirtoring Surveyor has been appointed we can liaise with them on your behalf ensuring they receive all the information they require to give the project the thumbs up at each assessment interval. This is especially useful for the initial assessment as we can guide you on what they will require, having inside knowledge of exactly how they work.

 

We also offer guidance on the risk management of your projects highlighting key dates and issues which may need to be considered and can manage these through on your behalf if required.
