We can provide the full project and commercial management of your building or refurbishment projects or you can simply allocate parts of the work load to us and we can work within your chosen team.

We can fully manage your contracts which can involve leadership of your Design team, co-ordination and preparation of tender documents to issue to contractors, analysis of tender returns, negotiations with tenderers and production of building contracts or we can assist with procuring, coordinating and managing trade packages for smaller self-managed schemes / one of developments.

Following contract issue we can manage your contractors on your behalf and administer the contracts. This includes chairing progress meetings, meeting with trades, interim valuation, ensuring the contractors fulfil contract requirements and generally controlling cost in line with the budgets.
